We're seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team at TrustFord, where you'll play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting colleagues, and achieving sales targets aligned with our KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and data to inform sales decisions

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus payments based on performance. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a company car, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
