As a Sustainable Infrastructure Engineer with HIRING PEOPLE, you will play a key role in shaping sustainable futures by delivering innovative Building Energy Management Strategies. You will work closely with our team to enhance monitoring, control, and systems integration, creating efficient and sustainable environments. Your responsibilities will include conducting system condition surveys, producing reports and recommendations for clients, completing feasibility studies, energy management surveys, specification reviews, and evaluations, and providing application advice to clients. You will also produce concept/scheme designs, performance specifications, and detailed design development, and engage in tender management and project management on behalf of clients. To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum HNC level related engineering (electrical/mechanical) qualification, a degree in building services engineering or electrical engineering, and good systems knowledge gained through industry work experience. You should also have membership/accreditation of CIBSE. The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and you can expect other benefits such as an employer contributory pension, 33 days' holiday, electric car allowance, private health cover, and performance bonus. With full training provided, you will gain hands-on experience in system condition surveys, project management, commissioning, and client systems optimisation, and have opportunities for career growth and professional development.
