- Deliver expert commercial insights to the management team.
- Contribute to surpassing business objectives and performance indicators.
- Compile monthly financial reports detailing costs and values for the projects.
- Assist in finalizing agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Enhance cash flow management and ensure prompt payments.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with RICS professional membership.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in supporting design and consultancy contracts.
- Familiarity with NEC 3/4 contract forms.
- Experience in procurement within the supply chain.
- Background in dispute resolution and financial planning.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Possession of a UK Driving Licence.
This position will require site-based responsibilities, involving travel between various project locations.
