Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at Gregory Distribution in Cullompton. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and expertise to support the assigned Board member and their senior management team.
You will work closely with the Group Finance Director to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for action. This will include implementing process improvements, managing financial systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
