Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our agile teams and drive technical excellence in our software development processes.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing or mentoring teams using Agile and DevOps best practices.
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the personal and professional development of engineers within your teams, collaborating with Product Owners and Tech Leads to ensure teams are balancing quality and flow with delivery, and partnering with Tech Leads in communicating strategy and fostering inter-team collaboration.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the team is equipped to achieve their goals, through training and equipment, and introducing and monitoring metrics to help with decision making.
