Job Title: Materials Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Handler to join our team at Stark Supply Chain Solutions in Hull. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout our facility.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating forklifts and side loaders, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to pick and prepare timber orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles, and maintain general housekeeping of the yard and warehouse areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and prepare timber orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using MHE (forklifts and side loaders), minimising manual handling (MHE re-training provided if required).
  • Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products, ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the yard and warehouse areas.
