Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Surveyor to join our team. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations, inspecting properties, and writing detailed reports. You will work closely with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. If you have a passion for the property sector and are seeking a career as a chartered surveyor, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct property valuations for various purposes, including mortgages, sales, and investment
* Inspect properties and take precise measurements of building and sites
* Write detailed reports on property conditions and valuations
* Work closely with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulation, standards, and guidelines

Requirements:

* AssocRICS qualified graduate
* Real estate background (minimum 2 years' experience)

* Ability to work on your own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team
