Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for retail banking.
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service support to clients and customers, responding to questions about products and services, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support decision-making for retail banking.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop.
