">We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD to lead our Care & Nursing Team and provide clinical leadership in delivering high-quality care to older adults.
">As a Senior Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for:
">- Providing temporary relief in the absence of the manager, carrying out the full duties of the post.
- Leading the Care & Nursing Team on shift, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring that person-centred care plans are in place.
- Working closely with the Care & Nursing Team, relatives, and other agencies to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Requirements
">- Post-qualification experience as an RGN/RMN, currently registered with the NMC.
- Previous managerial experience leading a care team in a care setting.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- A working knowledge of the regulatory framework relating to care homes.
- The ability to take responsibility for the safeguarding of older people.
