Overview: At Fulfords, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Expert to join our team as a Sales Negotiator in Torpoint.

About the Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements: To succeed as a Residential Sales Expert, you will need preferably an experienced sales person, outstanding customer care experience, resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems), and a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
