Key Responsibilities:

* Identify testing demand, capabilities, and services required from BAU, Modernization, and Strategic change initiatives
* Work with Client and its Delivery Partners to ensure testing requirements are appropriately estimated, budgeted, and delivered
* Engage Client IT HOFs and stakeholders to socialize the TMO, its frameworks, tools, and capabilities
* Represent FalconSmartIT in interactions with Client's PMO, Change Management, Platform Owner, and Tech. Shared Services
* Drive TMO initiatives, including Automation, NFT, TDM, and TEM
* Own the testing KPI plan and implementation
* Own and drive Test Governance across Client with the Client Head of QA
* Develop and manage the TMO training plan
* Set up and manage the TMO tools estate
