About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our innovative and talented London and South East Division team as a Land Buyer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in land acquisition and development, with a strong understanding of the commercial and residential property markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire land and development opportunities across Kent, East and Mid Sussex, and Surrey
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Manage the land acquisition process, including negotiation, contract progression, and report presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the Divisional Land Director and other teams to deliver key business performance targets
Requirements
  • 2:2-degree (or above) in a relevant field, such as Property Development and Planning, Real Estate, or Geography
  • Site acquisition experience in commercial corporate or agency (does not need to be residential)
  • Project Management skills, including financial acumen, negotiation, and cost management
  • Technical and design development proficiency
  • Driving is an essential part of the role - a full driver's licence is required
