Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior/Team Leader to guide and manage our dedicated care teams in the Liphook and Alton regions.
This crucial role demands leading by example, ensuring our high standards of care are consistently met, and nurturing a supportive and collaborative environment for both our team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive guidance and unwavering support to Care Assistants, ensuring that our exceptional care standards are consistently upheld.
- Develop and meticulously oversee effective care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct regular, informative training sessions for staff to continually enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Efficiently manage team schedules to ensure all client appointments and needs are adequately staffed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client families, fostering strong, trusting relationships.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

- Must possess a valid driving licence and have access to reliable transportation.
