Swimming Teacher Role at Fusion Lifestyle

We are seeking a qualified Swimming Teacher to lead adult and child lessons on Friday mornings, 09:30. As a Swimming Teacher with Fusion Lifestyle, you will teach swimming skills to people of all abilities and ages.

The ideal candidate will have a Swim England Level 2 Qualification or equivalent, and experience teaching diverse customers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating lesson plans and schemes of work for the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and potential customers.
  • Adhering to the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, and reporting any child safeguarding concerns.
  • Delivering lessons safely and effectively, in line with regulations and guidance.
You will also contribute to improving our swim lesson programme and service to swimmers and customers.
