Electrical Installation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying, installing, commissioning, and supporting site-based control systems and equipment for one of our key clients.

The role will involve working predominantly with electrical systems, but also some elements of PLC programming, with training provided. You may work alone or as part of a team, and will be required to travel extensively to sites.

The position is full-time, with standard working hours, but requires flexibility and a willingness to work outside of normal hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical qualifications, including C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC, or HNC/HND, and 18th edition certification.
  • Previous experience in a service and support, electrical installation, or maintenance role.
  • Electrical design skills, including EPlan, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
  • Control panel design, manufacture, or electrical installation skills.
  • Experience of equipment installation and commissioning, including PLCs.
  • Previous understanding of electrical diagrams for control panel wiring or electrical installation.
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation (2365) and Level 3 Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671:2018) certifications.
  • Clean UK driving license.
