Painter and Decorator

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join their team for a fit-out project in Bury St Edmunds.
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing work areas, applying emulsion and gloss finishes, and working from drawings to paint internal walls and ceilings.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for snagging works and adhering to health and safety measures on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work areas for painting and decorating
- Apply emulsion and gloss finishes to internal walls and ceilings
- Work from drawings to ensure accurate painting and decorating
- Snagging works to ensure high-quality finishes
- Adhere to health and safety measures on site
Requirements:
- Must have an in-date Blue/Gold CSCS card
- Two commercial relevant references not from an agency
- Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
