About the Role

Quilter is seeking a highly skilled Servicing Oversight Administrator to join their team in Southampton, UK. As a key member of the Supervision & Assurance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Financial Services business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure advisers adhere to QFP processes related to ongoing servicing and escalate any issues that are identified appropriately.
  2. Monitor daily servicing alerts, ensuring activity is logged and appropriate communications are issued in a timely manner.
  3. Manage adviser responses to alerts and facilitate follow up actions.
  4. Review and categorise tasks and actions, according to process and procedure, for further assessment or resolution.
  5. Review and support the investigation of anomalies or exceptions.
  6. Manage escalations and hand-offs to other teams to ensure correct outcomes are achieved and appropriately documented.
  7. Manage cases from start to finish through various systems, including but not limited to, PowerBI and Dynamics.
  8. Ensure excellent records management and robust audit trail.
  9. Support the development of processes and seek systemisation opportunities to improve efficiency across all key processes.
  10. Provide administration support across all processing teams.
  11. Support team managers in workflow management and reporting.
  12. Engage and work with Advisers/Firm throughout the process to provide excellent service.
  13. Demonstrate good customer outcomes.
  14. Contribute to building a great environment to work in
  15. Support with ad-hoc tasks if appropriate and when required.
