Job Title: HGV Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV driver to join our team at The Best Connection. As a 7.5 tonne driver, you will be responsible for transporting DIY products to customers across the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transporting goods to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained and adhering to company policies
  • Meeting customer service standards and providing excellent communication
Requirements:
  • Cat C1 licence
  • Minimum of 6 months 7.5t van driving experience
  • Maximum of 6 points and no DD/DR endorsements
  • Valid CPC and Digicard

  • Hourly rates: £13.50 per hour PAYE / £16 per hour Umbrella
  • Saturday shifts available: £20.25 per hour after 8 hours and Saturdays / £23 Umbrella
  • Sunday and Bank Holiday shifts: £27.00 per hour / £30 Umbrella
