We are seeking a highly skilled Global Head of Platforms (DevOps) to join our team at TipTopJob. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading our DevOps team and driving strategic alignment between cybersecurity and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to deliver market-leading features by translating business priorities into actionable technical requirements.
  • Continuously improve the four key DevOps metrics: increase deployment frequency, minimize deployment failures, efficiently scale a global network, and enhance data processing throughput across workflow pipelines.
  • Lead and scale agile, high-performance platform teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-throughput distributed networks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and have a strong understanding of networking concepts (OSI Layer 3 and above).
  • Involvement in scaling a system from a single region to global deployment.

Requirements:

  • Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, GitHub
  • Platform Tools: Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Helm, Docker, Docker Compose
  • Monitoring and Observability: EFK Stack (Elastic, Fluent, Kibana), Prometheus, Jaeger/OpenTelemetry, Grafana
