Job Description: Finance Business Partner Lead

This is a unique opportunity to join our Finance team as a Finance Business Partner Lead, where you will play a critical role in supporting the Product & Supply Chain function. Your expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting will be essential in driving strategic value for the Group.

About the Role:

  • You will provide financial and strategic business support to RS PRO, focusing on revenue, gross margin, and cost base.
  • You will manage the production, review, and oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for RS PRO.
  • You will produce insightful financial performance materials and present for RS PRO performance reviews to RS PRO and P&SC leadership teams.
  • You will act as finance business partner to initiatives and projects across broader P&SC to drive strategic value for the Group.
  • You will enable understanding of current and future business performance via strategic KPIs.

About You:

  • You have experience in a finance business partnering role within a large organisation.
  • You possess strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • You have a commercial mindset with a focus on driving profitable growth.
  • You are proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., One-Stream, PowerBI, Excel, SAP).
  • You hold a qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification, ideally with a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
