Care Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at one of our NHS care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with their daily needs, including meal times and personal care
- Following care plans to ensure each resident receives tailored support
- Providing one-to-one time for residents to promote social interaction and engagement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. Your empathy and warm-hearted nature will shine through in your interactions with residents and colleagues alike.
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
