About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Meningitis Research Foundation. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to engage and grow our international membership network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote membership benefits and engage members across various channels, including email, social media, and web.
  • Collaborate with the CoMO team to create content that raises awareness and advocates for meningitis, aligning with our global mission.
  • Conduct research to identify new member prospects and develop targeted email marketing campaigns to reach multiple target audiences.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date member data, creating data lists for email campaigns and supporting the development of member journeys using email automation systems.
  • Support the annual member conference and World Meningitis Day events with marketing assistance, including social media assets and schedules.
  • Process new membership applications, upload member web profiles, and provide regional coordinator support and administration.
  • Provide governance support and administration for CoMO advisory council meetings, including minute/note taking and responding to enquiries.
About You
  • You hold a degree-level qualification and have at least 3 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of creating engaging content for various channels.
  • You possess strong administration skills, with experience working in a busy office environment and handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • You have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in email marketing systems and social media platforms.
  • You are a confident and enthusiastic individual, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • You have experience working with international partners, including multiple cultures, time zones, and currencies, and are proficient in languages such as Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, including a 6% employer pension contribution and 2% employee pension contribution.
