Job Description

We are seeking a Newly Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Suffolk County Council. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people in need. Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people in need, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working in partnership with colleagues and other agencies to achieve positive change.
  • Provide regular supervision and support to Newly Qualified Social Workers, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.

Requirements
