Part Time Teaching Support Staff

Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting students with their educational and personal needs. This will involve:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans, Risk Assessments, Personal Care, and Therapy Care programmes.
- Working closely with teaching staff to provide additional support to students.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience working with SEN students or a willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of SEN and a passion to develop your skills.
- Able to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a calm and patient demeanor.
- Commitment to working fixed days – full or part time.
- A clear and valid DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
