Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our team of trainers and educators in child psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals across the South West region.

About the Role:
As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will work closely with our Clinical Director, Clinical Lead, and Consultants to advise on training and continuing professional development for staff within our Children and Young People's Gender Service (CYPGS). Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our training strategy and ensuring that our healthcare professionals have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the delivery of CYPGS training with senior leadership and CYPGS trainers
* Advise the Clinical Director, Clinical Lead, and Consultants on training and continuing professional development for staff within CYPGS
* Present training methods and outcomes locally, regionally, and nationally

Requirements:
* Doctorate in clinical psychology/counselling psychology or equivalent
* Current registration as a practitioner psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council
* Extensive experience working as a Clinical Psychologist providing NHS training services
* Excellent teaching and presentation skills
* Strong knowledge of Equality Diversity and Inclusion principles
