Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apprentice Marketing Assistant to join our team at HANKOOK TYRE UK LIMITED. As an Apprentice Marketing Assistant, you will assist the marketing team with day-to-day administration, including ordering and distributing marketing materials, liaising with internal sales managers, and assisting with the organization of events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the ordering and distribution of marketing materials, including clothing, promotional items, and corporate gifts.
  • Liaise with internal sales managers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Assist with the organization of events and exhibitions, including collation of products, marketing materials, and promotional items.
  • Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions, including delivery and collection of materials.
  • Assist with the production of product literature and POS materials, including proofreading, obtaining quotations, and negotiating costs.
  • Assist with promotions and incentives for customers and end users, including liaising with external agencies.
  • Assist with hotel bookings and flights.
  • Monthly reporting of UK press articles and filing of trade publications.

Requirements:

  • Experience with administration and an interest in marketing or a marketing background.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate level PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability and good team working skills.
  • Able to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires the successful applicant to hold a full valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle as travel may be required within the UK to meet organizations, suppliers, and other bodies in support of the job role.
