Regional Director

Craft Union Pub Company, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a skilled Regional Manager to lead the operational management of circa 18 pubs in the Devon area. As a key member of the South Division team, you will be responsible for delivering a region in net income growth, while maintaining exceptional retail standards and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational management of pubs in the Devon area
• Delivering net income growth and meeting capex targets
• Maintaining exceptional retail standards and driving sales performance
• Contributing to designated workstreams and projects

Requirements:

• Proven success in a multi-unit role with at least 2 years' experience
• Ability to balance a complex and varied workload
• Commercially driven individual with a passion for delivering results
• Strong leadership and communication skills
