Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-throughput screening assays and other in vitro and in vivo models to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and mechanism of action of biologic candidates.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design, plan, and execute experimental studies, ensuring milestones and objectives are met within established timelines.
  • Analyze complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques and tools, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including research scientists, engineers, translational teams, and KOLs to advance biologics projects.
  • Present research findings at internal meetings and scientific conferences.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Technical expertise: Experience in computational biology or bioinformatics related to antibody design.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for biologic therapeutics, including BLA submissions.
