Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation and Technology Assistant Manager to join our Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, helping them to overcome complex engineering challenges and develop innovative solutions.

As a Technical Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert advice and guidance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, and for collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality results.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about innovation and technology. You will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients, helping them to overcome complex engineering challenges
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert advice and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Recognised university degree in a field of Science or Engineering, specifically relating to aerospace, marine, mechanical or electrical
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
