Job Summary

The Intranet Content Manager at Turner & Townsend plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's internal knowledge-sharing platforms, with a focus on business generation. This involves managing and refreshing best practice content on the bid to win portal and related intranet areas, ensuring it is relevant, accurate, and easily accessible to teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Own and regularly update best practice content on the bid to win portal and related intranet areas.
  • Collaboration: Work with regional teams and knowledge management solutions leads to source and share best practice content.
  • Engagement: Manage the key client hub to drive engagement and support key client teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is accurate, high-quality, and adheres to company standards.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Business Development with a specific focus on content generation and information management processes.
  • Experience of working with, and influencing, a diverse global team to drive change and deliver success – including senior management.
  • Able to analyse information quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong skills in the M365 suite including SharePoint.
