Flu/covid Vaccination Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Nurse to lead our Flu/covid Vaccination Project. The successful candidate will have significant experience of working within the Cancer Nursing field and will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the personalised care agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the personalised care agenda
- Coordinate and work with primary care to increase awareness of signs and symptoms of secondary disease
- Support teams with patient stratified follow up and ensure all patients are given quality information in end of treatment summaries
- Work collaboratively with East Cheshire and Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to ensure seamless delivery of the project
Requirements:
- Proven post registration experience working with cancer patients
- Experience of planning and completing audit/research
- Experience of undertaking projects and implementing change
- Ability to manage/lead junior colleagues and work autonomously as part of a team
