Senior Construction Cost Estimator

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractor payments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Variation account and forecast final accounts to minimize financial risks.
  • Identify and mitigate financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
  • Issue enquiries and receive quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to secure best deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a professional quantity surveyor and cost consultant with extensive experience in construction cost estimation and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
