About the Position

We are looking for someone who can develop and drive a performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement and personal accountability. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate their team and colleagues to deliver repairs and maintenance effectively and in line with best practice.

This is a permanent position, offering 37 hours per week. You will enjoy a competitive salary of £39,856.33 per annum, plus a car allowance of £2,000 per year.

In addition to your annual salary, you will receive a flexible Social Housing Pension Scheme of up to 10% employer/employee contribution, career development opportunities through Annual Appraisals, and up to 4 paid volunteering days per annum to support local good causes.
