Systems Compliance Officer

Teva is committed to making good health more accessible and affordable. As a Systems Compliance Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our quality systems are operated in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Your day will be filled with managing and maintaining quality system processes and associated documentation. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing the following quality systems:

  • Complaint Management
  • Product Quality Reports
  • Document Control
  • Internal & External Audit
  • QMS Performance (KPIs, SQC, Annual Reports)
  • Issue and control CGMP documentation to support business activity.

You'll also support the continuous improvement of quality documentation and processes to ensure compliance with CGMP. This includes delivering CGMP and Quality Systems training in line with site requirements.

In addition, you'll carry out internal and external audits in line with plans, identifying and addressing non-compliance issues as scheduled. Finally, you'll maintain and update information on the latest regulatory standards for use by company personnel.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. If you have relevant experience working in a quality role within the pharmaceutical industry, a good understanding of cGMP, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
