Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Talentometry Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage teams of mechanical fitters for service and installation work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of hydraulic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will work closely with our clients in Gloucester and across the UK on diverse projects, including iconic construction sites like Wimbledon stadium and Thames Tideway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of mechanical fitters for service and installation work
  • Oversight of hydraulic and mechanical system installation
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate work to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Time-served hands-on experience with hydraulics and mechanical service & installation
  • Ideal experience with hydraulic and mechanical service & installation
  • System installation experience and pipework systems knowledge
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and H&S skills (RAMS)
  • Presentable and comfortable in front of customers

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of up to GBP45k base plus overtime and benefits package, including van, IT and mobile expenses, 25 days + bank holidays, pension, and ongoing training and development.
