Senior Healthcare Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care and enhancing customer service and satisfaction for service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.
- Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users.
- Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants.
- Act as an advocate for junior team members and deputise for senior staff when needed.
- Provide individualised patient care and advocate for patient safeguarding.
Benefits:
- Annual salary of up to £38,000.
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
- Mentorship Qualification.
- Strong clinical knowledge and awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
- Basic workload and shift management skills.
- Proficiency in PC use and 18 months post-registration experience.
