We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RGH-Global Limited in Sandwich, Kent.

Estimated Salary: £25k base OTE £50k

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and is passionate about sales. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making high-volume fact-finding calls to contractors, assessing their needs, and generating leads.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Making outbound calls to contractors to determine their interest in switching to umbrella services.
  2. Conducting interest assessments to understand contractors' financial management needs and benefits.
  3. Gathering information on contractors' job opportunities and requirements.
  4. Creating and managing email outreach campaigns to engage contractors and generate leads.
  5. Recording and passing on qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
  6. Accurately inputting and updating contractor information in the CRM system.
  7. Gathering feedback from contractors to improve our services and offerings.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude.

Experience:

Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service roles is desirable.
