We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to our wonderful children. Whether you need 16 hours per week or 40 hours per week, we have a flexible schedule to suit your needs.

As a GrandFlex Nursery Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
  • Ensuring equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Contributing to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Reading, understanding, and implementing all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage
  • Notifying your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Maintaining a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues
  • Ensuring confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
  • Attending regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertaking training as required
