We are Empower Digital Limited, a renowned provider of electrotechnical training solutions. Our mission is to equip the next generation of electricians with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Trainer to join our team and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional training experiences to our apprentices.
In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that cater to the needs of our apprentices on the Level 3 programme. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective training strategies and ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of our apprentices.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and has a proven track record of success in a similar role. If you have a strong understanding of the City & Guilds 5357 programme and are confident in your ability to motivate and inspire our apprentices, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality training sessions to our apprentices on the Level 3 programme.
Develop and implement effective training strategies in collaboration with our team.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of our apprentices.
Requirements
Time served electrician with experience in training and education.
Certification in the City & Guilds 5357 programme or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
