About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Sector Leader to join our team at Murphy, a leading provider of end-to-end services for major water and sewage companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of the PMEICA model for specific Water Frameworks, providing routine reporting to the Framework Leadership Team.

The role requires technical assurance and ownership of project solutions throughout the project life cycle. You will also provide support to work-winning teams in the preparation of enquiries, technical evaluation of bids, and general PMEICA support to ensure a robust scope of works and integrated design solution.

You will evaluate consultant and supply chain PMEICA solutions, conduct technical appraisals of bids, and support supply chain selection for specialist input to design and procurement. Additionally, you will support recruitment of the PMEICA team as it continues to grow, provide mentoring to the team, and liaise with Affiliate Teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to promote consistent PMEICA delivery procedures and ethos within the entire team. As a self-motivated individual with significant knowledge and experience of water project delivery within the construction industry, you will be able to travel to sites and offices across the North West of England.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 27 days holiday, discretionary annual bonus, above market rate contributory pension scheme, and more.
