Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle issues, including tyre changes, fuel top-ups, and battery replacements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our dispatch team to ensure efficient and effective breakdown recovery services.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle repair techniques.

Requirements

  • A current Category B driving licence is essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance is required.
  • Experience of the motor repair industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary.
