Job Title: Leisure Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Team Member to join our team at Sinah Warren Hotel. As a Leisure Team Member, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the teams' daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery.
  • Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work independently and proudly, providing cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy.
Requirements:
  • National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) an advantage but not essential - Full training available.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Able to pick up new skills quickly.
