As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW, you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline.
Working in teams of consultants, you will be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise.
Our Acoustics team is involved in some of the UK's most complex and stimulating projects that are both diverse and technically demanding.
As an Acoustic Technician, you will assist the team in the delivery of project-related tasks to meet budget, timeframe, and quality targets.
You will be able to learn new technical skills focusing on innovation, sustainability, and digital solutions.
Accepted degrees include BSc or MSc in Maths, Physics, Environmental Scientists - Geography, Acoustic Engineering, Music Technology, and Civil Engineering.
You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
