Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IPAF / PASMA Instructor to join our team at AFI-Rentals.

This exciting role involves delivering high-quality training to our customers and staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely at height.

The ideal candidate will hold a IPAF & PASMA Instructor licence and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing training areas, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and delivering training to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to a high standard and ensure delegates meet required standards.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met during training sessions.
  • Prepare training areas ready for delegates to arrive.
  • Undertake and submit relevant paperwork in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • IPAF & PASMA Instructor licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm, organisation, self-motivation, and good time management.
  • Full driving licence and own transport (car allowance included in package).
