About the Position: We are seeking a Business Growth Consultant to join our successful sales team at Person Centred Software Ltd.
- In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, booking consultations, and answering incoming calls from prospective customers to close deals.
- You will also reach out to existing customers to sell additional products, maintaining accurate details on the CRM system HubSpot.
- Frequent follow-ups with care homes will be necessary to nurture leads and generate business opportunities.
- A background in internal sales, including a proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs, is highly valued.
- Effective communication and relationship management skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Nurturing leads to generate business deals requires a unique combination of skills, including time management, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

- The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,640, based on a base salary of £27,000 and an OTE of £2,640.
