About the Role:

Next Generation Ltd is a well-established engineering company based in the UK, and we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a critical role in implementing innovative improvements and providing technical expertise in complex situations.

The successful candidate will have strong theoretical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills, with experience working with mechanical systems and equipment. You will be responsible for collaborating with our engineers to develop and implement new processes and technologies that drive business growth and improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and management
  • To design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and systems
  • To collaborate with engineers to develop and improve existing processes and technologies
  • To conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Mechanical Fitter or related role
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
