About the Job

This exciting opportunity will see you working in a hybrid environment, supporting our customers with software-related issues and requests. With 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving customer queries, working with offshore analysts, and collaborating with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective support for UBS products.
  2. Manage tickets and workload using our online ticketing system.
  3. Assist offshore analysts with troubleshooting.
  4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets and updates for customers.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot root causes for recurring service desk tickets.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Experience using Help Desk tracking software (Jira preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, servers, networking, internet, VPNs, and MS Office is essential.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around £28,000-£35,000, depending on experience.
