We are seeking an Executive Chef - Care Setting to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. As a Care Home Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents in a care home kitchen. This role requires a strong focus on nutrition and the ability to cater to special dietary requirements.
Job Description:- Manage a kitchen team and oversee meal preparation for 30+ people.
- Cook from fresh produce and create healthy English-style dishes.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen assistants to ensure efficient meal service.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a care setting or catering environment.
- Possess excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety protocols.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our residents.
The estimated salary for this position is £17,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
