About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership to our nursing teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with families and carers to ensure patient-centered care
- Lead and mentor junior nurses and clinical practitioners to achieve high standards of care
- Support senior clinical staff and contribute to investigations and complaints
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and supervision qualification. You will have extensive nursing experience in a mental health setting, particularly in caring for patients with dementia. You will be a natural leader with a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
