Heavy Equipment Handler

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Yard Operative to join our team at Conquip Engineering Group in Hook, Hampshire. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm, with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and preparing equipment for washing by removing necessary components
• Jet washing equipment to a suitable standard
• Ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld
• Completing tasks within target time frames
• Spraying equipment as required
• Basic computer work to complete tasks
• Picking orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Yard management and stock control
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Regular stock takes and depot transfers
• Assessing and reporting on equipment requiring refurbishment
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
• Working in a team and promoting a positive team attitude
• Complying with Health & Safety requirements
